The Caledonia Mill was built as a center of commerce along the Grand River in 1846, refining grain into flour.
Embracing the heritage of being a center of commerce, Riverside Properties acquired the Mill in 2016 to build its vision of commerce in new global economies. Completing what was several years of work to see the property rejuvenated and repurposed; Riverside is pleased to present our vision to foster prosperity in the ever changing global economy.

Our 4th floor space has exposed wood and vaulted ceilings.

The flex space is as communal or private as you need, with both a small kitchen and two glass-enclosed offices for private conversation.

The 2nd floor offers a long space suitable for many uses.

Our boardroom, available as part of the flex space, has a beautiful accent wall made of the Old Mill's siding, and a slab table made of 150 year old timber.

We have elevator access to all four floors, keyed with access tags for both convenience and privacy.

Our unfinished first-floor space is ready to suit any kind of office.

Our expansive third floor space offers substantial footage and unparalleled views of the Grand River.
